General Profile:

Key Responsibilities

1. Performs monthly, quarterly Internal business control and T&A management activities

2. Reviews and take further analysis and management actions based on expense report analysis or company Internal control management tools

3. Prepare valuable expense analysis from different angles to support management decision

4. Oversee on financial related policy compliance, develop process/management plans and drive policy compliance/effectiveness improvement.

5. Provide finance travel and expense trainings to employees and managers periodically

6. IBC and T&A project support

7. Manage all data of employees’ T&A and perform related data analysis, system maintenance, process improvement and compliance driving

8. May assist with the interpretation of reports and records for managers.

9. Maintains desktop-procedure for his/her own duties/responsibilities, may act as back-up.
