1. Create, revise and update project schedules
2. Become the “Owner” of the schedules and ensure the schedule is maintain and optimized
3. Investigate, measure and record planning changes and variations through the whole project period and ensure all planning changes are clearly documented and recorded
4. Gather progress information from project team to ensure progress is monitored, and highlight issues/delays to project managers
5. Coordinate with the relevant parties within organization to ensure the timely ordering, manufacturing and delivery of equipment
6. Monitor manufacturing/delivery schedules and provide early warning in case of changes
7. Investigate alternatives if the project deviates from the original planning
8. Other tasks assigned by line manager
